Discussion about 154 Hicks Street
Must be all the dope they're smoking. I don't get what it is about these 3 properties but 156 got listed at 3m before eventually selling for 1.5m, 154A got listed for $3m before a number of price cuts and eventually being taken off the market at around $2.1m and now 154 the crappiest of the 3 is being list at $3.5m.....though has SRO non harrasement in place before being listed. Thy were at some stage nice buildings but lack of update over the years meant they've fallen but seriously what are you guys high asking this much??

So what you're saying is, this is a case of Splendore ON the grass - rather than in it?

Clearly the agent doesn't want to sell it. I can't even get him to return my phone call or emails to see it.
