Lawn and yard maintenance

I'm a relatively new homeowner in Water Mill with a 1.3 acre lot. The yard is well landscaped, but I'm looking for a reliable service provider who can take care of the lawn (mow, fertilize, weed control, etc), trim the bushes, mulch beds, and general upkeep throughout the spring to early fall. I am not happy with the present groundskeeper who the former owner used. He is not proactive and offers no suggestions on lawn care or general yard maintenance. Any good suggestions out there, and any idea of a ballpark estimate? I realize there are many variables to an estimate, but would appreciate any general ranges of what would seem reasonable. Thanks.
