Does anyone know the current rents for the 2 bedrooms? The current asking prices at this building do not appear to be justified by the rents. And this building is not 240 Manhattan Ave - no doorman, no amenities and no tax abatement.

For $1,000,000, the A line offers two 7' bedrooms. I don't understand the two entrances to the airshaft-facing bedroom; it looks as if it's designed so you can run your very own SRO: http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/41/51741641.gif

they were selling for a lot lower a year ago, but the housing bubble came again. so maybe that greedy LGT-looking broker keeps slashing prices.

anyone know if there are any rental restrictions on this place? easy to rent? how is the board? does the new development next door (one morningside park) have any impact on this place?

For me, the narrow bedrooms were a dealbreaker when looking to buy. They are such an impractical shape and impossible to furnish appropriately.
