Discussion about The 16th Street Condominiums at 245 16th Street in Park Slope
Does anyone have any thoughts on this place? I have looked at it, nice big spaces, but still feel they are around $100k over priced, a walk up for starters is not great........Seemed strange they hadn't installed the air con units, makes me wonder if costs are being cut elsewhere. No units sold in around 4 months, maybe some more price chopping needed??
