This listing was actually pulled off of StreetEasy and the PruDE websites for a few days before it came back with the higher price. Didn't fool SteetEasy though!
You think thats crazy?
Look at these two listings...

This is the apartment that landed Sandy aka Manhattan Loft Guy in hot water. He voiced his honest opinion and was censured... Too bad it's all transparent on streeteasy!
He is a very aggressive broker. But no one HAS To buy from him.
"Aggressive broker." What the f does that mean?
Kyle, if you'd like, perhaps Steve can translate into Brazilian Portuguese for you.
Define "aggressive," if you would, VVerain
sorry Kyle, hard to explain aggressive to a wimpy girl
Brilliant. Have to really reach to come up with that, VV? Make you feel like a big man to be an apologist for scum? Make you feel important?
No Kyle, I make no apologies for anyone, not even for your odd anger. What did Darren Sukenik do you to? Did he seem "slick" and "oily" and have a "water stained sign" that you saw? Did that force you to buy an apartment that you wouldn't have otherwise bought if you weren't so weak?
Why not come right out and say say what it is you think "aggressive" means in the context you used it above.
Aggressive means that he creates attention for the properties he is marketing, highlights the luxury aspects of his properties for maximum sale or rental value, markets effectively and gets deals done.
I can see yet another "victims" group forming: those mad at the brokers of the properties "the victims" dod NOT buy. Are they "victimized" by the brokers trade in general? Bravo VVerain!
I don't see what is especially "aggressive" about a broker who markets with an emphasis on luxury and closing deals. Perhaps you mean something more than that since that's just a basic description of any decent broker--not a particularly "aggressive" one.
I don't mean anything more. What is it that you are trying to get at?
You called this guy "aggressive" and all I've been asking is what you mean. What distinguishes an "aggressive" broker from a regular hard-working broker? Aggressive sounds like a euphemism to me.
