Discussion about
Dated on 05/07/2013, the decision is to sell the property as the plaintiff requests given the delinquency. http://decisions.courts.state.ny.us/fcas/fcas_docs/2013MAY/3008101062012001SCIV.pdf BUT the property entered contract on 03/08/2013... what's up? the court didn't know that the property was sold already?
