Big apt w/ great views of central park?

I have clients with those kinds of apartments, but I'm not sure the co-ops would be into it.

I read a story in LA about someone who let their apartment for a film & was assured that all would be protected. He went by the location one day to find his things, including confidential papers (bank statements & that sort of thing) out on the front lawn. There is always a cop on location with the crew & one told me that it's not necessarily to protect the movie crew but to protect the public from the movie crew.

Check apartments for sale - often, people selling properties are not in residence and willing to pick up some quick $$$ accommodating a shoot while the place is empty & on the market; if you see one you like, call the listing agent & inquire - worst they'll do is say no.
