I wonder what they are thinking listing this price at $1.895M when 29B in the same building is at $1.795M and it has 200 more Sq Ft. Sure it has a water view but the layout is not nearly as nice or as big as the other one.

So buy 29B. If you don't want the better view, then don't pay for it.
