Other listings for 10C and 11C say 1300 and 1350. (5C bought a room from 5D, so ignore.)

If you care enough, go to the open house and measure the 10 or 11 distinct spaces.

(If you want to figure it condo-style, use calipers to measure thickness of inner and outer walls.)

Then get busy calculating.

Repeat for each apartment you're considering.
