Looks like it "needs work" . Great location and reasonable maintenance but is the ask a little aggressive given that the built in desk looks "pure 80s", the kitchen needs freshening and they didn't even show the bathroom?

Hold on Guywithcat, it could be that Port Cachere is what you drink in the garden after you enter the cochere. That building has been there since my childhood if not earlier. Long before the Coliseum when NBC had a studio there in front of that building. When I was a kid I thought they were projects on 9th Ave. Same brick, same tiny windows. Now it's a coop with location and a large garden, who knew?
