Discussion about The Hudson Condominiums at 225 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square
Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has information about this building. There have been 2 other threads already, I know. But there have been no replies. The building looks fine: on par with the Link or the Orion. But why hasn't there been any buzz—good or bad—about it? Thank you in advance for any feedback.

Whoa. I just checked the location...it's between 10th and 11th...Not really on par with The Link or The Orion. Nuff said

indeed location seems pretty bad. $2000+ psf for that location going to be tough imo
