Buyer beware - anyone looking at this unit note there is a $670+ assessment per month that is not in the description (and was supposed to be in place for a shorter period of time and each year has gotten extended, while maintenance has also increased). Further, there is no telling whether the assessment will be extended again at the yearly board meeting.
