Discussion about
Would someone be able to inform on how one can access the Past Transactions area for a particular building? I go to a particular address and click Past Transactions for that building but nothing happens. Is this some glitch that hasn't been worked out yet or am I missing something very obvious. I'm interested in past transactions in a specific building NOT a specific area of Manhattan. Help? Thanks.

The tab and the link both work, if there've been transactions, but I don't know how a building could have none at all.

What's the address?

Surprise, surprise. You have to go to "floor plans" for the building. Click on each one and you'll get the history of that apartment. No floorplan? No history.
