Discussion about
I'm surprised that the building wasn't able to reach an agreement with the club about the ongoing lease of the space. Aren't most building residents club members as well? Is this really in the best interests of the building? http://therealdeal.com/blog/2013/09/26/at-130m-river-house-club-to-become-nycs-priciest-home/

The newer stories say the co-op and club are still in negotiations for renewing the lease.

There're preliminary plans at http://www.businessinsider.com.au/130-million-river-house-club-in-nyc-2013-9

Between the tennis court, pool, and everything being enormous, the 60,000 ft² gets eaten right up.

More importantly, the plans show the C maisonette, which I'd never seen before, and the very large maisonettes in the 53rd St. wing.
