Hey, West34, Seatguru was pioneering, one of the most useful web tools ever created for fliers. I'll join your knock on the fact that Buyfolio is a waste and no use in NYC real estate, but I will not, however, stand by while you simply case aside Seatguru.com as simply a "seating app." Blasphemy!!!

I think your point is that the new streeteasy sucks...cheers to that!
