Civil Penalty and title questions

Discussion about
will civil penalties (final decision by a judge) show up as liens? if so will a title search find those, even if not yet showing on ACRIS? finally how long would it take for a civil penalty to show up on ACRIS?

A lien properly filed against the property will show up in a title search.

Civil Judgments Searches are run in a title report as well but they are searched in the court houses. Civil judgments will not show up on ACRIS unless they attach the judgment to the property in question.
