Stories: 42 Total Sqft: 761,552 sqft # of Units: 440 apartments (350 condos and 90 affordable rentals) + a hotel Developer: Elad Group (must be a partnership with Extell & Carlyle) Architect: Goldstein, Hill & West Looks like it's going to be a similar deal to 40 Riverside Boulevard (condo/affordable rental hybrid). Curious to see whether they'll pursue the same separate entrance scheme that's been causing such a tiff recently.
