Discussion about Copper Hill at 1595 Lexington Avenue in East Harlem
Any thoughts on this building? What is the quality of construction? Better than 1635 Lexington?

I looked at both buildings and they are not even comparable in my view. Copper hill is MUCH BETTER.
Copper Hill feels like a downtown boutique building with high quality construction, common areas (gym, kids play room, BBQ area, rooftop), and nice finishes, while 1635 offers none of that. Copper Hill also has a better location (top of the hill).

Any comments from former or current tenants? Most renters seem to stay only 1 year. Any reason why?
