Discussion about The Powerhouse at 2-17 51st Avenue in Hunters Point
Is anybody aware of any reason why so many people living in the Powerhouse are selling their units right now? Any ideas?

Because many of them bought in the 500-600 psf. Currently at 960 psf with some sales topping 1,000 psf.

That 100K down is now worth 400K. Would you sell too?
