Good Day. I have very good job making $650k a year and I have about $600K for downpayment. We are a couple looking to purchase a nice property in manhattan. We would like to purchase anywhere from Gramercy but no further than Lenox Hill neighborhood. Is a 2 or 3 bedroom and at least 2bth doable ?
