Well deserved plug for Keith and his services. Hope its a business builder for you. Have to say, although I was very pleased with the agent I worked with when I bought in 2008, I would have loved to have known about Keith. I did most of my own leg work and my agent helped primarily at the "back end", negotiating and (especially) board package preparation. I plan to not be in the market again--never say never--but if I were I would definitely go with Keith.

whoa! According to our data this building has 10 building violations and some of them are "FAILURE TO MAINTAIN BUILDING - HAZARDOUS. DEFECT NOTED: MISSING AND DEFECTIVE HARDWARE FROM FIRE EXIT DOORS. NOTED LOCATION: STAIRWELL "B" THROUGHOUT. REMEDY: REPAIR/INSTALL SUITABLE HARDWARE,MAINTAIN BUILDING." Who ever bought this building just inherited all the fines and responsibility to remedy the violation. This is why you should always as for buildvio reports - building violation history reports

Why do people feel the need to junk up every flat surface with junky objects and picture frames? Just askin'...
