Automatically accessing ACRIS ( property records)?

For a research project, I need info on all the residential properties in NYC. It seems like this is freely accessible via NYC's ACRIS system (Automated City Register Information System: http://a836-acris.nyc.gov/CP/), but I don't know how to download / access it in bulk. Any help is appreciated!
