Discussion about
I closed on a new apartment since February (it was a resale and not from the sponsor)and the board informed couple weeks ago that I have to pay a working capital contribution in the amount of two months common charges. They claim that the amount was due at the time of closing but was not charged back then because of a mistake .Any advice from the experts ?

These are typical fees for Condos. But it should have been paid at closing. Talk to your lawyer.
