Discussion about Lincoln Terrace at 165 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square
The lobby and doormen were very nice. We were looking at a one bedroom with a balcony. Overall, building looks well maintained. However, one thing left a sour taste in our mouth. The agent that seem to have a stronghold on many of the listings building is extremely rude. She was late to our appointment and did not apologize. She seemed hesitant to answer questions and had a condescending attitude. Folks should consider using a new agent because this might turn buyers away.

The lobby, doormen, and porters are all wonderful, responsive, capable, professional and friendly. Building is highly well maintained.

And, while the agent that seems to have the stronghold may be rude, if you get the apartment that you want, at the end of the day, does that matter?

These negative comments are clearly from other agents in competition.
