One of those so called partition-able one bedroom apartment.

This is a joke, like so many "one-bedroom" apartments. It is barely even an alcove studio. And where is the stunning open city view? All I see are other buildings looking in at you. $700K for this is something only a moron would pay, even in New York City.

#11UN, with the same floorplan, was asking 625k and is in contract. #2SS seems to be the same floorplan, and is recently on the market at 615k. #9VN, another similar floor plan, was asking 515k, but needing total renovation, and is finally in contract after 887 days (can that be right?). 700k for a studio seems rather aspirational, but the maintenance is low, and the location is desirable to many. It will be interesting to see where this one lands.
