Anyone has experience where their RE atty sends TOE? Can the time be less than 30 days?

Can the buyer submit TOE if they have filled in the Board Package but the Seller has not completed their part and thus the package is not officially submitted to the condo board

You can do less then 30, but 30 is looked upon more favorably by court. Your attorney should know this.
If you go that route, you should have a good re attorney who knows what happens next.
