Good riddance to the DC site. DC "talk" feature was a bust. Unlike NYC, which is a world city, DC is a small town. The range/diversity of offerings is negligible compared to NYC; the high-end in DC is the entry point in NYC; brokers have divided up the city in cartel fashion and the cabals are hilarious to watch interact here and there. The kicker is that one wouldn't even be able to make fun of it with anonymity b/c the players are so few that everyone could figure out who was speaking based on content fairly easily. In short, real estate in DC is not the spectator sport that it is NYC, nor does it come close in SF, which is also like a small town in comparison. Love reading about NY real estate - nothing like it in my little world.

I remember when apt23 had an apartment in Miami. Convenient for a NYer to live in Florida. So convenient. What's apt55's angle?

Just wanted to check something on a specific complex. SE would have given me the info I was looking for. Zillow is of no help.
