Discussion about 1802 Second Avenue in Yorkville
The position is really good deal, but the rent not. Really ugly place. There is the 2nd Ave Subway construction just in front of the building. You are surrounded by rats, the building is really a mess. The apartments are dirty, if you have a problem is really difficult to be helped by the oner. The place doesn't worth the price. Look other ways
