W'burg buildings/lines w/protected views

I think now that the only plan is to put up another buidling on Edge sight, where they now have the smorgasburg. The other building that is going up is plainly in view. So if you want the Edge you want to be facing directly onto the Manhattan skyline. The units facing north will lose their views if I remember correctly.

it is the lot of the original Smorsburg location. Sand north and east facing lines will loose the view. Apparently work in starting in 2014 for completition in 2016

Not really at the waterfront if they can build a building closer to the water.
