So I saw this apt. Tiny narrow kitchen and bath. Needs electrical updating, new plumbing to the risers and asbestos removal. This place is grossly overpriced but has a nice living room. OH BTW the fireplace does not work. For show only. They should revise the listing description. Why do these brokers lie?? Can any be trusted?

And it is only 800 square feet, not 950
