Discussion about
UrbanDigs to pick up SE slack for NYC individual owners, shoppers and renters post Zillow acquisition and SE site changes?
Have you already created and seasoned 1200 usernames on his blog, in preparation, Riversider?
alanhart, that's an interesting idea. I'm not sure Riversider will do it, but I might go for a few.
"UrbanDigs" would do well, picking up the slack.
fieldschester: What has this got to do with Riversider? Are you responding to the alkie troll?
If so, never mind the bullocks. "UrbanDigs" is a real-life person, working in his real-life business.
"never mind the bullocks" says La Vaca Vieja. Irony.
^^within less than a minute: the alkie troll is here^^
with (of course), his drunken comment.
"UrbanDigs": don't worry about the alkie troll.
It's 7:23pm on Monday, 11/4/13. "UrbanDigs" is working and the alkie troll is home posting drunken comments on se.
UD could fill the SE/NYC niche, then sell to Trulia for $$$$$.
It was 7:23 on Monday and the lunatic "truth" was posting on SE. No sense of perspective, at all.
^^aboutready, here on another drunken rant. Not being spoken to, nor about. Just drunk and angry as usual.^^
más caca de vaca ... 8:55 pm
ha, love you guys. I am indeed a real-life person and my business these days is a 60/40 mix of project manager for our next suite of analytic tools for the Manhattan markets that is in development and creating comps reports for our buyer clients in Manhattan/Brooklyn that wish to bid.
Lots of great new tools coming, Ill share on UD as we get closer to launch. Once we finish the original mission of creating a great market/bldg report platform for this crazy vertical market we call Manhattan, we can move onto the next step of our road map and innovate our final toolset to help make this marketplace more efficient & transparent. All in time!
ud. you are The One. There is no spoon.
lol..never send a machine to do a human's job.
You're in the catbird's seat. Do a good job and all this can be yours?
@urbandigs/Noah.... I'm not sure if others are having the same issue but I cannot post on your site. Write the comment, insert the name, email and image letters and it simply refreshes back to the post, no error message. Just FYI!
cool--i hadnt thought of digs--i'm headed there now.
Yes I hate the current comment anti-spam filter. That will all be completely redesigned and will be much easier to use.
FYI -- UD is not a listing aggregator site. Rather, our platform allows users to track hyperlocal trends in realtime for Manhattan. Current UD site was launched back in Oct 2010 when we finished solving the data issues to power our charting system, and is very raw. In a few months the new site will launch and its really night and day from what is up there now.
awesome... ever seen mushrooms growing in the forest?
me TOOOOO... $5k and a website! Whooottttttt....
Oxy -- I dont see your comment even in the non-published, pending or spam boxes. Sorry about that. I think its the captcha spam tool we use. That will be re-engineered when new site goes live..new site's blog will look much cleaner as well and be much easier to comment, share, print, etc.. But apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime
