Discussion about 30 Beekman Place in Beekman
What should one make of this unit, sold last December for 1.1 and now on the market for 1.4? Would coop have allowed a flipper in or should we assume some unforeseen change of circumstance for current seller?

The co-op board is not going to stop anyone from advertising, and they are not going to stop a sale that is in the building's interest.

It's in the storm zone so I would do a little research about what happened last October.

Beekman place is elevated. Nothing happened during the storm
