Storage Bin - Sales Tax or R.E. Tax?

Buying a permanent storage unit in an apartment building from another owner (wire cage storage in basement), who pays the tax? The buyer or the seller? Is it considered Sales Tax or R.E. Transfer Tax? How much is it? Note: this is not a "99 year" lease. It's a full purchase w/ no building common charges. Unit is 10k. Thx Also, if anyone could link the relevant info from the NYC tax site for reference, would be great, most of what I've found online refers to self storage unit tax which falls under rental category...
