Discussion about
We're looking at a first floor condo apartment with a 500 square foot enclosed storage unit in a cellar below. The current owner cut through the apartment and installed a staircase into the cellar and finished everything with hardwood, sheetrock, etc. Looks nice. I'm pretty sure there's no CO for this work. Would a cash buyer need one to close? What's the process? Thanks!
