The winning bid was $4,000,000, and the bankruptcy judge has ordered the sale to go through.

..and immediately relisted for $5.25MM today.

I see a 2008 comparable sale of 10A closing for $4.7MM. I certainly think the buyer of the auction did well. That being said, the 2008 sale looks expensive.
