I find it odd that real estate companies can't spell. 382 Central Park West is named "The Olmsted" after one of the Central Park West designers. Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvin Vaux were the two men who designed Central Park. The sister building at 372 Central Park West is called "The Vaux." I continually see sites that call my building "Olmstead." It's not a real big deal, however if real estate companies want to be professional, they should learn to spell a building's name correctly.
