The building is well run and has the nicest private garden I have seen on the West Side. If priced right, apartments in these buildings get snapped up quickly because of their location. Negatives are that the units themselves are typical post-war layouts, ceiling heights, etc.
Building is great. Location is central. Friendly staff. Amazing private garden oasis. You are steps from Columbus Circle, and all its amenities. The renovated apartments are beautiful. The apartments are well priced and will be worth a lot more if the rental policies were liberalized more.
