This building is truly a gem in Chelsea. We've been here 8 years and couldn't be happier. The apartments are spacious with great finishes and layouts. Residents are quiet and friendly , and the doormen and super are so sweet and helpful. Of course, the area is as central as you can get. They haven't finished the common roof deck, but hopefully will soon.
