Floor, paint and tile contractors

Discussion about
Closing on a new place tomorrow. Looking for suggestions for reliable sources for the above - to refinish wood floor, paint and repair/clean tiles in bathroom. Very small space but can't do it on our own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a ton of photos from our apartment renovation here in Brooklyn heights on my pc but none online yet (been meaning to go through and edit them), he laid new subfloor/Brazilian 2.5"x3.4" flooring, installed a new entry door and a bathroom renovation including new floor and wall tiles etc.

Try Carlos Wood Floors (carloswoodfloors@gmail.com), they can be reached at 646-418-0925. They do tons of work in Manhattan.
