Does anyone know what the Lottery is- all listings are talking about it - where they priced lower? Thanks for any input

It's a two-unit condo. Unit #COMMU is the commercial space. Unit #RESU is the residential space -- all the apartments -- and is owned by the co-op.

It's an HDFC co-op. The prices were below-market, and so there's a lottery to determine who gets to buy.
