Hello. Does anyone know anything about this specific building and the area in general? I know it's far, far east, but I'm really impressed by the building. Something must be amiss, because the units are so reasonably priced, with relatively low maintenance, that something must be wrong. Anyone live in this area or in the building? Looks like a good investment to me.
