Reminder to NY State property owners: tomorrow (Dec. 31) is your last day to register for the STAR credit. If you have a primary home in NYC, and family income under $500K, you are probably eligible for this credit. But you must "opt-in" to claim the credit for 2014 -- go to www.tax.ny.gov for more details. ali r. DG Neary Realty
