I called lawyer and was advised seller wants to keep her two expensive lighting fixtures. She made me go back and fourth negotiating the situation not trying to replace them on her dime. In the mean time I looked at the "minutes". Found out that RE agent lied to me about other potential buyers who backed out because of LAND LEASE. But she had told me it was for other reasons. Between everything and the fact that it has been 2 weeks and I wasn't able to lock in a mortgage rate. They have since went up a bit. Can I remove the funds from the account since she still hasn't gotten my deposit and back out that way?
