Almost 2 years on the market! Why isn't this house selling?

1. there is not that much demand to live in convents anymore
2. Bill Clinton is the only person I know of who would like to do so

Just to add----check the above sites in case there is info that might help explain. There may not be. Could be just too high for the market; thst will do it every time

A very taste-specific renovation, and a price that (still) is too high for the precise location. Now if it was on 120th, between 7th and Lenox...
