Well, we know the sizzling RE market (in certain parts of the US, in particular) cannot keep shooting straight up. Moderation is indeed good and a "soft landing" for RE in 2015, 2016. Also, Zillow states there is still a lot of money to be made right in USA, focusing on sales, rentals, and mortgages.
