Better pictures make it look much more inviting. I am in LOVE with the unit, but the board is very strict and still want all cash plus 2x purchase price in liquid assets. I love how quirky and unusual the space is. Never mentioned is the lovely outdoor space accessed through the dining room (sun room) door, but the board doesn't want anyone to use it or put out plants. Shucks, I wish I could buy it. It's as crazy as me!!!!!!!
