gut renovation cost

Hello everyone! I am looking to understand how much in NYC can be the price for a GUT RENOVATION of a small 1 br apt of about 550sqft. Floor has to be leveled, kitchen completely, bathroom ( even if small ) completely, and a couple of walls to be removed . Considering painting and small doable details I can do by myself. Am I looking at $20.000/ $25.000 of expenses? The most concerning is the floor, because I do not know how can they level and what can be the cost of it. I am trying to do a budget idea $6.000 kitchen $ 4.000 bathroom $10.000 for floors and the 2 wall to re-position? more less?
