Rosa Parks Condominium

I rented a place in the Rosa Parks building listed as 956 sq feet. After I moved in and started buying furniture for the place I discovered that it was only 857 sq feet – that includes everything, closet space, counter space, cutouts, and thickness of walls. The total footprint of the outer edges of the apartment is 857 sq feet. When I queried Jen at Blu Realty about this, she sent me what she said was the official floor plan which lists the apartment as being 788 sq feet. When I asked for a partial refund on my broker fee her office told me to no way and to have a lawyer call them.
