broker talk -- sales are low and prices down in harlem

so they say -- the ones I have run into at open houses 1st hand evidence is not consistent with this -- well populated open houses etc, but the claim seems to apply to N of 125th any brokers here care to comment?

I wouldn't be at all surprised. There still seems to be a lot of resistance to the emerging realities, though, particularly in the new condominium developments (including some of those below 125th Street).
