Comparables Report

Discussion about
It would be very helpful if we could sort the columns in the comparables report - by price; time on market; size, etc. Or maybe we could export the report to excel and sort it there.

Bug Note. I did a comparables report on the All Upper East side and the Active Listings did not pick up Yorkville or Carnegie Hill listings. (I did not run Lenox Hill). It seems the in contract has the same issue. Recorded Sales seems to have picked it all up - I think

You could also make it possible to sort price increases and decreases on the same criteria. Right now it's "any increase" and "5% 10% decreases." It makes it tougher to find out how listing prices are trending.

Could you also make it possible to include a "more than" feature on the Bedrooms? Either 3+ bedrooms or offer the option of checking 3,4, and 5+. That way we don't have to refine the search for each.
